На третьем месте по стоимости оказалась традиционная «Селедка под шубой», прибавившая в цене 13,3% (стоимость четырех порций — 261 рубль). Это не смотря на то, что основной ингредиент салата — сельдь — подорожал сильнее всего среди основных ингредиентов других салатов (на 14%).
В то же время самым дешевым оказался салат «Столичный», который за год поднялся в цене всего на 3,4%, достигнув в стоимости на четыре порции 257 рублей. Аналитики отмечают, что рост цен на салаты во многом может быть связан с тем, что картофель, являющийся одним из ингредиентов во многих из них, за год вырос в цене на 65%.
