Что-то мне подсказывает, что желающих попасть на такие штрафы будет ноль. Или совсем отчаянные, про которых говорят «слабоумие и отвага». Но у организаторов завоза мигрантов есть множество вполне легальных инструментов, с этим тоже надо так же жестко бороться.
