Вообще, иллюстрации Доре почти все так или иначе видели по Библии/Божественной комедии/Дону Кихоту/Потерянному раю/Сказкам Шарля Перро, но я советую глянуть на иллюстрации к «Неистовому Орландо» - там эпик тотáль. Массовка! Расчлененка! Сиськи! Мегаломания! Морские баталии!Такое до сих пор в современном кинематографе во всю ширь фантазии и визуального богатства не могут воплотить.

И все это в 1880-е и в технике ксилографии (гравюра по дереву).
