Число ветеранов Великой Отечественной войны в Таджикистане продолжает сокращаться – на сегодняшний день их осталось 21 человек. Также в стране проживают 140 работников тыла, сообщил директор Агентства социального страхования и пенсий Абдурахмон Халимзода.
Общая численность пенсионеров в республике составляет 836 690 человек, из них 167 108 – инвалиды. Также в стране насчитывается 1 168 детей-сирот и более 77,5 тыс. детей, имеющих только одного родителя.
В 2024 году на поддержку пенсионеров было выделено 26,5 млн сомони, что на 48,8% больше, чем в 2023 году.
