Однако с внедрением системы ЛесЕГАИС, а затем её более функциональной «сестры» ФГИС ЛК, многие представители ЛПК, вне всяких сомнений, скажут, что минусы решения «оцифровать» отрасль превалируют над плюсами.
Откуда взялся такой скепсис? Вопрос закономерный, поскольку первоначальный посыл инициаторов данной задумки имеет только положительные цели — сделать все процессы, происходящие в ЛПК, максимально законными и прозрачными, а также сократить бюрократические моменты и ускорить принятие важных решений, упростить получение лесных услуг.
На бумаге (или цифровом носителе, раз уж речь идёт о цифровизации) выглядит всё это вполне уместно, но, как показала практика, на деле ожидания оказались излишне утопическими.

You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp.
