Из бюджета ХМАО с начала войны в Украине было выделено около 30 млрд рублей на поддержку военнослужащих и их семей. По словам заместителя губернатора округа Эдуарда Исакова, в 2022 году на эти цели было выделено 1,4 млрд рублей, в 2023 году — 8,3 млрд рублей, в 2024 году — свыше 20 млрд рублей.
Исаков добавил, что в 2025 году объем поддержки сохранится. Всего в регионе действуют более 30 мер поддержки для военных и их семей.

"The argument from Telegram is, 'You should trust us because we tell you that we're trustworthy,'" Maréchal said. "It's really in the eye of the beholder whether that's something you want to buy into." In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Russia's intelligence agency had asked Durov to turn over the data of anti-Kremlin protesters. Durov refused to do so.
