Сотрудники уголовного розыска оперативно выяснили обстоятельства, при которых пропал гаджет. Оказалось, что его нашёл 31-летний ранее судимый мужчина на детской площадке, когда шёл в магазин.
Вместо того, чтобы попытаться найти владельца, сахалинец извлёк SIM-карту и присвоил сотовый себе. Полицейские изъяли похищенный мобильный и вернули девочке.
Уголовное дело возбудили по части 1 статьи 158 УК РФ ("Кража"). Подозреваемый находится под подпиской о невыезде и надлежащем поведении, сообщает УМВД по Сахалинской области.

While Telegram has been embroiled in controversy for much of its life, it has become a vital source of communication during the invasion of Ukraine. But, if all of this is new to you, let us explain, dear friends, what on Earth a Telegram is meant to be, and why you should, or should not, need to care. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion.
