Группа Home Credit продала группе российских инвесторов 49,5% в российском "Хоум Кредит банке", сохранив за собой контрольный пакет.
Как следует из данных аналитической системы "СПАРК-Интерфакс", бывший руководитель РТС Иван Тырышкин получил 9,91% ХКФ банка, Ибрагим Загидулин, Елена Мартыненко, Виолетта Чайка, Дмитрий Чемендряков - по 9,9%. У Home Credit осталось 50,49%.
Ранее сообщалось, что группа Home Credit продала по 49,5% в российских СК "Хоум кредит страхование" и микрокредитной компании "Купи не копи" этой же группе инвесторов. Каждый из покупателей получил по 9,9% страховой и микрокредитной компаний, а у группы остались контрольные 50,5%.
