Тем временем глава Центра противодействия дезинформации Украины Андрей Коваленко заявил, что целью удара по Ивановскому стали российские военные. Советник главы МВД Украины Антон Геращенко утверждает, что в доме культуры могло проходить награждение военнослужащих российской армии.
