На очередном заседании по делу экс-мэра Томска Ивана Кляйна допросили замглавы департамента правового обеспечения мэрии Евгению Малышеву. Она заявила, что ущерба от действий Кляйна бюджет города не получил.
«Что касается конкретных лиц, причинивших ущерб, то мы полагаем, что, поскольку имеется вступивший в законную силу приговор суда в отношении Григоряна (директора компании-подрядчика, — прим. ТВ2) и в рамках гражданского дела рассматривается гражданский иск к Григоряну на сумму 6 миллионов 223 тысячи рублей, то двойное взыскание ущерба невозможно, и приведет к неосновательному обогащению бюджета муниципального образования», — отметила Малышева.
По словам представительницы мэрии, дорога на улице Большой Подгорной, за «нарушения» при ремонте которой судят Кляйна, спустя 4 года после проведения работ находится в нормативном состоянии на 93,4%.
