🏗 Арт-пространство построят на месте заброшенного здания комбината питания

Собственник здания №18а на Железнодорожников показал эскизы будущего торгово-офисного комплекса с филиалом дизайн-завода «Флакон». Сам «Флакон» займёт третий этаж и эксплуатируемую кровлю, сообщили в районной администрации.

В здании экс-комбината также разместятся различные офисы, ресторан и арт-пространства, где планируется проводить выставки и другие мероприятия. На первом этаже будет «Пятёрочка».

Фасад панельного здания отделают под кирпич, а на крыше разместят диваны для проведения мероприятий. Работы на объекте хотят завершить в будущем году.
