До конца года расселят все МКД, которые признали аварийными до 2017 года.
Марат Хуснуллин на совещании в правительстве подвел итоги расселения аварийного жилья. По словам вице-премьера, около четверти аварийных МКД смогли расселить без денег из бюджета. В основном это происходит, когда расселением занимаются застройщики, развивая переданные им территории.
Также Хуснуллин рассказал о планах по изменению подходов к признанию жилья аварийным.
Всего на текущий момент из признанных до 2017 года аварийных МКД расселено 12 млн кв. м жилья, в которых проживало 726 тысяч человек.
