ПОЛЕЗНЫЕ не углеводистые, а белково-жировые блинчики
В зависимости от вашего питания можно брать любую мягкую белковую крупу (вымоченную/отваренную гречу, пшено, чечевицу, нут и др.) и измельчать ее блендером. У меня на основе муки ореховой, нутовой и зелёной гречки.
СЕГОДНЯ был жмых от молока из кешью, вместо ореховой муки взяла его.
Итак завтрак НА масленицу для ДВОИХ👍:
2 ЯЙЦА 1/2 ч.л. СОЛИ 1,5 ст.л. МАСЛО топленое +0.5 ст. ВОДЫ взбиваем все блендером, затем добавляем по 2 ст.л. МУКИ - гречневая (вымоченная зелёная греча)+ нутовая+ореховая (жмых), перемешиваем постепенно добавляя воду до нужной консистенции (у меня ещё 0.5 стакана). Обжариваем до легкой румяности. Приятного аппетита!🤗
НАЧИНКИ:
☀️греческий йогурт ☀️печень трески/паштет+ зелень ☀️🐟 + мягкий сыр + зелень ☀️груша/ягоды взбить с кокосовой пастой ☀️банан + творог или горький шоколад ☀️ масло топленое+ мед ☀️ авокадо+какао+банан ☀️яблоко/айву потушить с корицей+мёд😋 вкусно

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. Pavel Durov, a billionaire who embraces an all-black wardrobe and is often compared to the character Neo from "the Matrix," funds Telegram through his personal wealth and debt financing. And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. One thing that Telegram now offers to all users is the ability to “disappear” messages or set remote deletion deadlines. That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
