Куйбышевский районный суд Самары вынес приговор учредителю компании, строившей коттеджный поселок. Вместе с ним судили бывшего работника ресурсоснабжающей организации.
По предварительным данным, речь идет о владельце ООО "СК Имплозия" Александре Безрученко, который строил коттеджный поселок Grand Village Implozia в Куйбышевском районе Самары.
По версии следствия, в октябре 2021 г. глава строительной фирмы вместе с мастером отдела службы эксплуатации газового хозяйства ресурсоснабжающего предприятия организовал несанкционированное подключение поселка к газопроводу. В итоге с ноября 2021 г. по сентябрь 2022 г. было похищено несколько тысяч кубических метров газа. Ущерб составил 31 млн рублей.
Суд назначил учредителю организации три с половиной года лишения свободы и штраф 700 тыс. рублей. Экс-сотрудник ресурсоснабжающей организации получил три года лишения свободы условно с испытательным сроком четыре года и штрафом 500 тыс. рублей.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
