Так, сегодня стало известно, что крайне оперативно был согласован проект планировки территории под трассу М32, на которую уже ранее был найден очевидный подрядчик - ВАД.
◼️М32 - трасса непростая, она сделана чётко под Лахта Центр для выхода на трассу М49 (всё рассмотреть можно на фото).
ВАД должен её сдать городу не позднее января 2027 года. За это он получит солидные 18,45 млрд бюджетных рублей.
