«Поэтому было принято решение о переносе его рассмотрения на следующий год», – уточнил Володин.

Законопроект был внесен на рассмотрение в декабре 2021 года сенатором Андреем Клишасом и Крашенинниковым, он был принят в первом чтении в январе 2022 года.
