🏵️ 19 января с.г. по случаю 80-й годовщины освобождения Красной Армией городов Кошице, Прешов и Свидник (Прешовский край) сотрудники Посольства России в Словакии возложили венки к посвященным солдатам-освободителям городским мемориалам.

🕯️ В кафедральном православном соборе Успения пресвятой Богородицы в Кошице, настенная роспись которого была выполнена российскими иконописцами в 2022-2024 гг., дипломаты зажгли свечи в память о погибших в Великой Отечественной войне.

🎖️ Кошице, Прешов и Свидник были освобождены 19 января 1945 г. соединениями и частями 18-й армии 4-го Украинского фронта.
