На Галсана Дареева возбуждено уголовное дело по статье «Злоупотребление должностными полномочиями».
По результатам проведённого следствием и оперативниками регионального УЭБиПК комплекса оперативно-розыскных и следственных мероприятий установлены факты неоднократного превышения чиновником должностных полномочий из корыстной заинтересованности.
Проводится расследование.
В отношении фигуранта решается вопрос об избрании меры пресечения.
