В Саратовской области в первом квартале нынешнего года родилось 4 502 человека, а умерло 11 183.
Результаты миграции населения также не в пользу приехавших – их на 1 945 человек меньше, чем уехавших.
Если сложить оба показателя вместе, убыль населения составит 8 626 человек. Столько потеряла область за первые три месяца 2021 г.
Для сравнения население целого ряда районных центров левобережья – посёлков Озинки, Перелюб, Ровное, села Питерка - меньше этого показателя. Получается, исчез целый райцентр.
