Але негледзячы на гэта, у лютым 2024 года ў Мінскім гарадскім судзе яго зноўку пачалі судзіць. Айцішніка абвінавачвалі паводле ч. 1 арт. 361-2 (фінансаванне экстрэмісцкай дзейнасці) і ч. 2 арт. 290-1 (фінансаванне тэрарыстычнай дзейнасці).
Стала вядома, што суддзя АленаШылько вынесла прысуд — дзевяць гадоў зняволення.
