На прошлой неделе "Весна" обратила внимание, что в Республиканский список экстремистских материалов попал необычный телеграм-канал. Он был никак не связан с протестной или политической деятельностью, а вели канал явно 2 российские школьницы.
Теперь же, кажется, авторы "Списка запрещенного" исправили свой недочет. На том же месте теперь значится канал с похожим названием и другой ссылкой. И вот он уже освещает беларуские протестные новости.
Так что отныне "знак качества" от телеграм-канала "Белое & Черное" перешел к телеграм-каналу "Белое и Черное".

He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered. Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
