Соломиюка судили по ч.1 ст.368 УК РБ за публичное оскорбление А.Лукашенко. По нашим данным, до суда мужчине предъявляли еще и ст.369 УК (оскорбление представителей власти), но из-за вышедших сроков давности эту статью сняли. В итоге мужчину судили за несколько интернет-комментариев, в которых негативно оценивался Лукашенко.

These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp.
