Ленинский суд Бреста 13 марта выдал решение о том, что надо считать "экстремистскими материалами": 🔸пособие "ЯК ГОВОРИТИ ПРО РОСIЙСЬКО-УКРАIНСКУ ВIЙНУ В ШКОЛI", имеющее идентификатор https://mon.gov.ua/storage/app/media/news.
Мы проверили, что размещено по ссылке — но там ничего нет. Но мы нашли пособие с таким названием на сайте Міністерства освіти і науки України вот тут.
По нашим данным, решение по запрету пособия вынесла судья Елена Ковальчук.

Russians and Ukrainians are both prolific users of Telegram. They rely on the app for channels that act as newsfeeds, group chats (both public and private), and one-to-one communication. Since the Russian invasion of Ukraine, Telegram has remained an important lifeline for both Russians and Ukrainians, as a way of staying aware of the latest news and keeping in touch with loved ones. The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals. Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe. The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. Some people used the platform to organize ahead of the storming of the U.S. Capitol in January 2021, and last month Senator Mark Warner sent a letter to Durov urging him to curb Russian information operations on Telegram.
