Они: "Никак не объясняет". Я: "Но ведь какое то обоснование вы должны выдвинуть клиенту, почему заморожен счет?" Они: "Мы сами задали регулятору тот же вопрос. Они сказали ничего не объяснять, а если он (то есть я) будет звонить, не брать трубку. Но мы в порядке customer-friendly все же решили вам сообщить".
