Строители проводят частичное обновление несущих конструкций и кровли, плит перекрытий и стен. В квартирах устанавливаются новые окна и двери, сантехника, водонагреватели, электроплиты и вся необходимая мебель.
Для оперативного заселения после проведения ремонтных работ дома вводятся поэтапно — подъездами. Благодаря такому подходу, 28 семей уже заселились в квартиры, а в последних числах декабря еще 12 семей смогут вернуться домой.
