Арсен успел сделать многое – повел за собой бойцов на самые опасные участки боевых столкновений с противником, бесстрашно командовал «Спартой», получил звание Героя ДНР и стал легендой еще при жизни. Противник не сумел одолеть его на поле боя, но так боялся, что лишил жизни подлым способом – терактом.

Stocks were more buoyant in Europe, where Frankfurt’s DAX surged 1.4%. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. Perpetrators of such fraud use various marketing techniques to attract subscribers on their social media channels.
