Способ приготовления:
Берем кабачок и сыр в пропорциях 2:1. Натираем кабачок - отжимаем (не до конца), сыр так же натираем, перемешиваем в миске с яйцом, добавляем пару столовых ложек детской каши рисовой и ждем 5-7 минут когда каша набухнет. Жарим до готовности на сковороде (у меня блинница), можно на сливочном масле.
