«Матери-героини» проживают в Ярославле, Даниловском, Некрасовском, Ярославском районах и Переславском округе. Среди них есть мамы 12 и 13 детей.
Почетное звание «Мать-героиня» было восстановлено указом президента Владимира Путина два года назад. Это высшее звание, которое отражает материнский подвиг в рождении и воспитании десяти и более детей.
В свете сложного демографического положения такие истории вселяют надежду на лучшее, становясь еще одним шагом в переходе к ценностной модели государственной поддержки многодетных семей.

And despite being one of the world's most popular tech companies, Telegram reportedly has only about 30 employees who defer to Durov for most major decisions about the platform. Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change.
