در این کارگاه که به منظور توانمندسازی متقاضیان مسابقه NIeCCO2025 برنامه‌ریزی شده بود به تشریح مهارت‌ها و رویکردهای توسعه سازمانی و ارزیابی تعالی پرداخته شد.
