"Там просто поменялось руководство и немного затянулся процесс согласования. Соглашение разработано и направлено на обсуждение в Южную Корею", – уточнила Светлана Жакупова.
По словам министра принятия соглашения стоит ожидать до конца года.

Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
