— Часто гуляю через переход с Южного поселка в сторону Автовокзала и часто вижу вот такую картину. У меня предложение поставить камеру!

Кто-то постоянно бьет светильники в переходе, мусорит и разбивает бутылки. В переходе дверь настежь, торчат оторванные провода, кто-то уже нагадил там. Фото не сделала. На велосипеде невозможно проехать. Страх пробить колеса или поранить лапку собаке. С камерой был бы порядок и штраф нарушителям, — возмущается скидельчанка.

In 2018, Russia banned Telegram although it reversed the prohibition two years later. In 2014, Pavel Durov fled the country after allies of the Kremlin took control of the social networking site most know just as VK. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. The company maintains that it cannot act against individual or group chats, which are “private amongst their participants,” but it will respond to requests in relation to sticker sets, channels and bots which are publicly available. During the invasion of Ukraine, Pavel Durov has wrestled with this issue a lot more prominently than he has before. Channels like Donbass Insider and Bellum Acta, as reported by Foreign Policy, started pumping out pro-Russian propaganda as the invasion began. So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat.
