Вчера в г. Шахты, в том самом, незаконно возведенном кафе на Садовой, 40 у которого летом снесли летнюю веранду, но потом чудным образом построили её заново. Заведение, которым владеет гражданин Украины, построено на муниципальной земле без оформления надлежащей разрешительной документации и согласований.
Вчера в незаконно возведенном кафе пообедал врио губернатора Ростовской области Юрий Слюсарь!
Теперь всем все стало понятно. Все встало на свои места.

For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
