Жаль, что правосудие у нас слишком гуманно. Ибо таких надо не содержать 20 с лишним лет в санатории строгого режима за счёт налогоплательщиков, а просто отдавать родным погибших людей. С правом наказывать мразь, как им вздумается.
Ну или в порядке особого гуманизма отправлять на перевоспитание на самый передок - копать в круглосуточном режиме окопы. С лопатой, киркой, без СИБЗ и дрон-детекторов.

DFR Lab sent the image through Microsoft Azure's Face Verification program and found that it was "highly unlikely" that the person in the second photo was the same as the first woman. The fact-checker Logically AI also found the claim to be false. The woman, Olena Kurilo, was also captured in a video after the airstrike and shown to have the injuries. Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access.
