Левое колено у меня многострадальное. Все ушибы, вывихи после падений с велика, роликов и даже с поезда 😁 - это про него. Когда мне вручную вставляли последний раз сустав, хирург сказал, что еще одно падение и придется ставить деревянное колено, поэтому не падать! Держусь 💪
Все же палки в горы надо брать. Думаю, что они не только помогают не упасть, но и разгружают ноги. Я хотела обычную палку подобрать, но не попалась.
