По словам экспертов, причина таких отказов проста: «Переселенцы сравнивают предлагаемое городом жилье не только с тем, что у них было (явно хуже), а с тем, что предлагает сегодня рынок новостроек. По сравнению с ним квартиры от города всё же классом ниже».
Аналогичное исследование НАФИ приводил полгода назад. За прошедшее время доверия к реновационным квартирам у москвичей больше не стало.

Back in 2015, Vox described Telegram as “ISIS’ app of choice,” saying that the platform’s real use is the ability to use channels to distribute material to large groups at once. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations. WhatsApp, a rival messaging platform, introduced some measures to counter disinformation when Covid-19 was first sweeping the world. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read." Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
