В Ольховатской районной больнице прокурорской проверкой выявлены нарушения закона о контрактной системе в сфере закупок для муниципальных нужд.
⚖️ Установлены факты несоблюдения трудовых прав работников, санитарно-эпидемиологических правил и требований пожарной безопасности. Вскрыты недостатки при оснащении врачебных амбулаторий и фельдшерско-акушерских пунктов.
❗️ Главному врачу прокуратура внесла представление об устранении нарушений закона и предъявила исковое заявление в суд. Кроме того, по итогам проверки 8 должностных лиц привлечены к дисциплинарной ответственности, 12 – к административной ответственности.

Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Recently, Durav wrote on his Telegram channel that users' right to privacy, in light of the war in Ukraine, is "sacred, now more than ever." Telegram does offer end-to-end encrypted communications through Secret Chats, but this is not the default setting. Standard conversations use the MTProto method, enabling server-client encryption but with them stored on the server for ease-of-access. This makes using Telegram across multiple devices simple, but also means that the regular Telegram chats you’re having with folks are not as secure as you may believe.
