В связи с ухудшением погодных условий на территории Грузии с 17 часов 10 минут 26 ноября 2024 года на участке ФАД «Владикавказ - Нижний Ларс-граница с Грузией» в направлении на выезд из территории Российской Федерации до особого распоряжения запрещено движение всех видов транспортных средств.
На территории Республики Северная Осетия-Алания скопилось свыше 3000 грузовых и легковых транспортных средств, следующих на выезд из Российской Федерации, в связи с чем движение через многосторонний автомобильный пункт пропуска «Верхний Ларс» на выезд из Российской Федерации закрыт. ❗️Госавтоинспеция рекомендует автолюбителям выезжать через иные пункты пропуска.

"There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. The channel appears to be part of the broader information war that has developed following Russia's invasion of Ukraine. The Kremlin has paid Russian TikTok influencers to push propaganda, according to a Vice News investigation, while ProPublica found that fake Russian fact check videos had been viewed over a million times on Telegram.
