🇷🇺 В заявочной кампании II Муниципальной Премии «Служение» 2024-2025 года приняли участие все федеральные округа.
📣На первом месте по количеству заявок Центральный федеральный округ — 9 617 заявок, на втором — Приволжский с 8 688 заявками и замыкает топ-3 Сибирский ФО — 4 895 заявок.
Премия объединила людей разных поколений, возраст участников: от 19 лет до 91 года.
3 марта 2025 года заявки оценит Экспертный Совет Премии, в который вошли более 300 экспертов из разных сфер общества, а уже 31 марта 2025 года на сайте Госуслуги стартует народное голосование за участников.
Напомним, Премия проводится по поручению Президента РФ Владимира Путина. Организатором выступает Всероссийская ассоциация развития местного самоуправления (ВАРМСУ).

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations. But because group chats and the channel features are not end-to-end encrypted, Galperin said user privacy is potentially under threat. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Asked about its stance on disinformation, Telegram spokesperson Remi Vaughn told AFP: "As noted by our CEO, the sheer volume of information being shared on channels makes it extremely difficult to verify, so it's important that users double-check what they read."
