В связи с перевыполнением плановых показателей по налоговым и неналоговым доходам за 10 месяцев текущего года увеличены расходы на: оплату труда работников бюджетной сферы, лекарственное обеспечение и медоборудование, специальную социальную выплату медработникам, в соответствии с поручением Президента РФ, соцподдержку участников СВО и членов их семей.
