Советский районный суд Махачкалы вынес решение о продлении ареста мэру Избербаша Магомеду Исакову. Глава администрации проходит по делу о взятке на 3,9 млн руб. Меру пресечения Исакову продлили до 29 декабря.
Глава Избербаша был задержан 1 октября. По версии следствия, Исаков получил взятку от одного из застройщиков за содействие при строительстве многоквартирного дома. Застройщик передал главе администрации 1,5 млн руб. и автомобиль стоимостью 2,4 млн руб.
Новым мэром Избербаша 8 октября был избран Расул Бакаев. До этого он занимал пост председателя собрания депутатов города.

He did, however, walk back this plan when it became clear that they had also become a vital communications tool for Ukrainian officials and citizens to help coordinate their resistance and evacuations.
