Вермишелевая запеканка с мясом!
100 гр паутинки (вермишель) 200 гр фарша (у меня в заморозке всегда говядина/свинина, фарш сами делаем) 1/2 большой луковицы 1 яйцо 200 мл молока Соль
Готовим👩🏼🍳 🧡Фарш и лук потушить на ГХИ+водичке, (тушу минут 40, в конце добавляю пармезан тертый-необязательно) 🧡Вермишельку отварить в подсоленной воде 5 мин, воду слить, добавить оливковое масло, чтобы не слиплась 🧡Яйцо с молоком слегка замешать вилкой 🧡Все смешать- вермишель, фарш, яично-молочную смесь 🧡Переместить все в форму и убрать в разогретую до 180 градусов духовку на 25 минут
