За последние 10 лет количество посещений бань сократилось более чем в два раза: например, в 2015 году услугами общественных бань воспользовалось 149,6 тысяч посетителей, в 2016 году — 129,6 тысяч посетителей, а в 2017 году — чуть более 117 тысяч посетителей.
Снижение посещаемости связано с ежегодным уменьшением количества неблагоустроенного жилья в Нарьян-Маре. Однако, как подчеркнули в Комбинате по благоустройству и бытовому обслуживанию, ни душ, ни ванна не заменят лёгкого пара в бане.
Посещение бани полезно для тела и души, ведь баня — это отличный способ укрепить здоровье.
