для скорейшего завершения СВО полной Победой! 15 неравнодушных граждан оставили свои подписи. Люди впервые слышали о необходимости предоставления главе государства полномочий, считая что они все у него есть. После разъяснительных бесед ставили подписи или обещали разобраться и прочесть 80 статью Конституции РФ .

Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels." It is unclear who runs the account, although Russia's official Ministry of Foreign Affairs Twitter account promoted the Telegram channel on Saturday and claimed it was operated by "a group of experts & journalists." The regulator said it had received information that messages containing stock tips and other investment advice with respect to selected listed companies are being widely circulated through websites and social media platforms such as Telegram, Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.
