Часто слышу про режим, про его важность, и Тимофей просыпается и уходит в ночь примерно в одно и то же время. Но ДС все время плавает⚪️ Про баланс спокойного времени и активных игр знаю, слишком много мы проходили со сном и пробовали) И несмотря на нестабильный ДС это не сдвигает ночного сна, парадокс для меня. Скорее есть зависимость между неспокойной ночью и поздним ДС (скачки роста, зубы), но и это не обязательно ❓Как у вас дела с режимом?
До сна одним из занятий было освоение сортера 🟡 Стандартный вид с осями для нанизывания фигурок 🔵Несмотря на простоту помогает изучить 4 основных цвета, 4 основные фигуры, 4 уровня сложности нанизывания 🟡нравятся толстые и лёгкие деревянные плашки 🔵Хорошее исполнение
С одним отверстием проблем нет, с двумя Тиму уже сложнее. Можно 1️⃣ собирать и разбирать по очереди или 2️⃣усложнить задачу, разобрать весь сортер и искать подходящие детали
