В рамках проекта был создан микрокапсулятор, аналогов которому нет в России. Разработаны методы получения микрокапсул лактобактерий и дрожжей, принципиально новые методы экстракции веществ из лекарственных растений.
Результаты исследования ученых внедрены в ряд дисциплин образовательной программы «Промышленная биотехнология».
