В 2026 году на участке в 19,6 га в деревне Терехово появятся два складских комплекса общей площадью 71 000 кв. м, плюс административное здание. Площадь одного склада составит 43 000 кв. м, а другого — 28 000 кв. м. Комплекс будет сдаваться в аренду, местоположение тоже удачное — рядом с ЦКАД и в 40 минутах от МКАД.
Компания в дальнейшем планирует увеличивать долю коммерческой недвижимости в своём портфеле и охватывать все ключевые сегменты, от офисов до торговых центров.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets.
