Итог печален: 79% отложили покупку, причём 60% надеются вернуться к этому вопросу через пару лет, а остальные махнули рукой на ближайшую пятилетку. По прогнозам Frank RG, объёмы ипотеки к концу 2024 года рухнут на 39%, до 4,8 трлн рублей, и дальше падение продолжится.
На этом фоне Госдума бодро рапортует о планах увеличить страховку на эскроу-счетах. Но при таких условиях это выглядит как попытка предложить бонус там, где уже никого не осталось.
