Right now, as Wired reports, the app is a key way for Ukrainians to receive updates from the government during the invasion. In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. The Russian invasion of Ukraine has been a driving force in markets for the past few weeks.
