Начать строить планируют в 2025 году, а сдать в эксплуатацию — в 2026 году. Объем инвестиций — один миллиард рублей. Сити-менеджер Алексей Логвиненко поручил выдать разрешение на строительство в течение двух-трех недель и «оказывать максимальное содействие реализации этого проекта».
