В нем приняли участие губернатор Новгородской области Андрей Никитин, председатель Новгородской областной думы Юрий Бобрышев, сенатор РФ Елена Писарева и начальник Управления административно-кадровой работы и правового обеспечения Федерального дорожного агентства Юрий Князев.
